What counts as an emergency
- No heat when the temperature is below freezing, especially with children, elderly family members or pets in the house
- No air conditioning during a heat wave, or for anyone with a medical condition
- Smell of gas anywhere in the house (leave first, call the gas company, then us)

- Water pouring from the indoor unit or water heater
- Electrical burning smell from the furnace or air handler
- Breaker that will not stay on for the HVAC system

Our hours
Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are a family business, not a 24-hour call center, so if you reach voicemail late at night, leave a message and we call back first thing.
What to do while you wait
No heat:close off unused rooms, use space heaters safely (three feet from anything that burns, never with an extension cord), and let faucets drip if it is well below freezing.
No AC:close blinds, run ceiling fans, keep the thermostat off so a frozen coil can thaw before we arrive.
Gas smell:get out, do not touch switches, call the gas company from outside.
Water leak:turn off the water supply to the water heater, or the HVAC system at the breaker if the indoor unit is overflowing.
